MongoDB Atlas makes it simple to store and manage data in the cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can register for an Atlas account using your Google Account or an email address.<\/span><\/p>\n

Register a new Atlas Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Click <\/span>Sign up with Google<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. For your Google account, choose one of the credentials below:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • your Gmail or Google Apps email address<\/span><\/li>\n
    • the phone number associated with your Google account<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter the password for your Google account.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Review and select the checkbox to accept the <\/span>Terms of Service<\/b> and the <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>Submit<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Deploy a Free Cluster<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n

      • Log in to Atlas<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Once you log in with Atlas and find your project<\/span><\/p>\n

            7<\/i>.<\/i> Add Your Connection IP Address to IP Access List<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n

            A device connected to a network is given an IP address, which is an identification number identity. Only an authorized IP address can access a cluster in Atlas.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n

            Before you could access your cluster, you must first add your IP address to the IP access list. To submit your IP address to the IP access list, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

            Click <\/b>Connect<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n
              \n
            1. Click <\/span>Databases<\/b> in the top-left corner of Atlas.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. In the <\/span>Database Deployments<\/b> view, click <\/span>Connect<\/b> for the cluster or serverless instance to which you want to connect.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Click <\/b>Add Your Current IP Address<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

              Limit access to selected IP addresses to safeguard your MongoDB Atlas cluster.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
